Mix up burger night by swapping out the bun for an Asiago Bagel. No need for cheese, our signature Asiago Bagel is sure to
pack a cheesy punch!

INGREDIENTS
4 Asiago bagels
1 lb ground beef
Cooking oil
Lettuce
Tomato
Red onion
8 slices of bacon
Salt and pepper
Condiments of your choice
DIRECTIONS
1. Divide the ground beef into four equal patties. Salt and pepper to taste.
2. Cook meat to the temp you desire, whether on the grill or in an well-oiled skillet.
3. Crisp up the bacon. Cut the lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
4. When the burgers are almost ready, cut and very lightly toast the Asiago bagels. Brush with melted butter and finish toasting in skillet until golden brown.
5. Put it all together and enjoy! Mmmmmm!
NOTES:
Want an extra kick? Try adding some chipotle mayo. Serve with fries or tater tots.
